AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

Account Termination

Effect of Termination

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CryptoShark.ai is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
